Enable or disable the BITBUCKET_PAYLOAD environment variable (enabled by default).

The BITBUCKET_PAYLOAD variable contains the full webhook JSON payload, which can exceed the Linux MAX_ARG_STRLEN limit (128KB) and cause build failures. Disable this option if you experience such issues.
