Represents a predicate (boolean-valued function) of one boolean-valued argument. This is the boolean-consuming primitive type specialization of Predicate.

      boolean test(boolean bValue)
      Evaluates this predicate on the given argument.
      Parameters:
      bValue - the input argument
      Returns:
      true if the input argument matches the predicate, otherwise false

      Returns a predicate that represents the logical negation of this predicate.
      Returns:
      a predicate that represents the logical negation of this predicate
