Return all parent ids of the specified layer. Create a request for the method "parents.list". This request holds the parameters needed by the the mapsengine server. After setting any optional parameters, call the AbstractGoogleClientRequest.execute() method to invoke the remote operation.

id - The ID of the layer whose parents will be listed.
