      Attempts to get a JWK using the Key ID value. Note that implementations are synchronous (blocking).
      Parameters:
      keyId - value of the kid found in a JWT
      Returns:
      a JWK
      Throws:
      SigningKeyNotFoundException - if no jwk can be found using the given kid
