BearerHttpSigner	An HttpSigner that will sign a request with a bearer-token (TokenIdentity).
DefaultBearerAuthScheme	A default implementation of BearerAuthScheme.
DefaultBearerHttpSigner	A default implementation of BearerHttpSigner.
DefaultNoAuthAuthScheme	A default implementation of NoAuthAuthScheme.
NoAuthAuthScheme	An auth scheme that represents no authentication.
NoAuthAuthScheme.AnonymousIdentity	An anonymous identity used by the no-auth auth scheme.
