MetaTransportServiceDescriptor	Used to describe a Meta transport, one which only defines an endpoint, not a connector, receiver, dispatcher, etc
TransportFactory	TransportFactory can be used for generically creating endpoints from an url.

Exception Summary

Exception	Description
TransportFactoryException	TransportFactoryException is thrown by the endpoint factory if the endpoint service cannot be found in the META-INF/services directory or if any part of the endpoint cannot be instanciated.
TransportServiceException	TransportServiceException is thrown if a ProviderServicedescriptor has a service error set.
TransportServiceNotFoundException	TransportServiceNotFoundException is thorown if no matching service endpoint descriptor is found for the connector protocol.
