public class TransportEndpointDefinitionParser extends AddressedEndpointDefinitionParser
It generates both an endpoint (which should subclass ImmutableEndpoint) and a
URIBuilder. The URI is then injected into the endpoint. So the associated schema
can enable any of the suitable URIBuilder.ALL_ATTRIBUTES or add appropriate mappings.
