Parameters:

cacheIds - Cache IDs.

reqTopVer - Topology version from request.

explicitParts - Explicit partitions list.

nodeId - Node ID.

reqId - Request ID.

Returns:

String which is null in case of success or with causeMessage if failed

Throws:

IgniteCheckedException - If failed.
