spec - the parameter specification for this key

Throws:

IllegalArgumentException - if seed length is wrong or hash algorithm is unsupported

Initialize directly from the hash. getSeed() will return null if this constructor is used.

Parameters:

spec - the parameter specification for this key

h - the private key
