Class	Description
SlugstackPublishingPlugin	A "*Plugin" is considered the entrypoint to the actual logic which performs stuff, whereas a "*PluginExtension" is where we store off data enabling configuration to be overridden by downstream users.
SlugstackPublishingPluginExtension	Holds data which is intended to have defaults but can be overridden by downstream consumers.
SlugstackVersioningPlugin	Plugin applied only to the root project that controls version calculation and adds `snapshot`, `candidate`, and `final` tasks.
