includeActiveObservationLongTaskTimer

public DefaultMeterObservationHandler.Builder includeActiveObservationLongTaskTimer(boolean includeActiveObservationLongTaskTimer)

Whether to create the active observation LongTaskTimer (named <observation-name>.active), which tracks the duration of in-progress Observations, in addition to the Timer recorded when an Observation is stopped. Defaults to false.

The deprecated DefaultMeterObservationHandler constructors always create this LongTaskTimer; set this to true to keep that behavior when migrating to this builder.
