Returns the hot spot location for the cursor.

Parameters:

pImageIndex - the index of the cursor in the current input.

Returns:

the hot spot location for the cursor

Throws:

IOException - if an I/O exception occurs during reading of image meta data

IndexOutOfBoundsException - if pImageIndex is less than 0 or greater than/equal to the number of cursors in the file
