public class PageBtreeLeaf
extends PageBtree

A b-tree leaf page that contains index data. Format:

• page type: byte
• checksum: short
• parent page id (0 for root): int
• index id: varInt
• entry count: short
• list of offsets: short
• data (key: varLong, value,...)
