Shortcut for annotation field 'value' that returns an array of annotations.

Type Parameters:

NestedAnno - Nested annotation type for 'value'

all the annotations object

Array of annotations from each fields.

ATTENTION : ParamAnno[i] can be null if parameter index i doesn't have annotation.
