HttpProxyManagerBootstrap (Zodiac Server Proxy 1.2.4 API)

所有超级接口:

ProxyManagerBootstrap<T>

所有已知实现类:

DefaultHttpProxyManager.DefaultHttpProxyManagerBootstrap
```
public interface HttpProxyManagerBootstrap<T extends HttpProxyManagerBootstrap>
extends ProxyManagerBootstrap<T>
```
Configures and starts an HttpProxyManager. The HttpProxyServer is built using ProxyManagerBootstrap.start(). Sensible defaults are available for all parameters such that ProxyManagerBootstrap.start() could be called immediately if you wish.
