Environment
ParameterHolder	Environment and ConfigParameters can both own parameters, hence this class.
ParameterMap	String-to-string map, with lots of type converters for values and other convenience methods.
ParameterSettings	Key/value pair, used as the persistence structure for XStream but hidden from users of this package.
ResourceSettings
