toJson

                                                          String resourceType)

Converts a set of FHIR resources to JSON.

Parameters:

dataset - a dataset containing FHIR resources

resourceType - the FHIR resource type

Returns:

a dataset of JSON strings for the FHIR resources

toBundle

public static org.hl7.fhir.dstu3.model.Bundle toBundle(org.apache.spark.sql.Dataset<? extends org.hl7.fhir.dstu3.model.Resource> dataset)

Returns a bundle containing all resources in the dataset. This should be used with caution for large datasets, since the returned bundle will include all data.

Parameters:

dataset - a dataset of FHIR resoruces

Returns:

a bundle containing those resources.

toJsonBundle

public static String toJsonBundle(org.apache.spark.sql.Dataset<? extends org.hl7.fhir.dstu3.model.Resource> dataset)

Returns a JSON string representing the resources as a bundle. This should be used with caution for large datasets, since the returned string will include all data.

Parameters:
