public interface EELFResolvableResourceEnum

This is a marker interface for making all the resource code enums accessible for the Logger class. In order to enable a resource enum, it must implement this interface.

In addition, every resource code must have a matching resolution and description file with the resource code (the enumerated value) in the resources package directory.
