This method gives opportuity to unpack MHT-file, that is set of HTML page and referenced external resources(like images, CSSes, scripts etc)

Parameters:

sourceMhtFile - full path to source MHT-file

targetFolder - absolute path to folder that will be used as target folder for parts of unpacked MHT-file

htmlPartFilesPrefix - this prefix will be added at beginning of file names of files of extracted parts of HTML file

sourceEncoding - encoding of source HTML file, isually is System.Text.Encoding.UTF8 encoding

Returns:

returns full path for output HTML file
