Loads the value for the given Key. The returned Deferred completes with the finish of dispatch in case of DataLoaderOptions.batchLoadEnabled = true. If DataLoaderOptions.batchLoadEnabled = false it calls the BatchLoader immediately and returns the retrieved value.
