Defines a listener to snapshots of a MediaDriver's counters.

Parameters:

label - label of the MediaDriver

timestamp - timestamp of the snapshot

publisherCounters - counters describing publisher state

subscriberCounters - counters describing subscriber state

systemCounters - counters describing system state
